We will haply issue a refund or replacement on any item we sell. Our goal in 100% customer satisfaction to that note we NO longer have a restocking fee. Please include as much information in your return request as possible so we can serve you faster. Please note we cannot issue refunds on opened or used merchandise unless defective. Shipping is nonrefundable. Once your return request is submitted please allow 24 - 48 hours for a reply. Once we receive your request we will provide you with a return address or pre-paid return label (Exact instruction will be in our reply). Returns are typically processed the same day we receive your return package or the next business day.
